Annual License Price: Annual OpenGeo Suite Enterprise price. Three year term licenses at discount rate are also available.

Service Hours: Hours provided by our experts to strategically improve the capabilities of the OpenGeo Suite in the direction you desire.

Supported CPUs: CPUs are defined per socket.

Training Days: Number training days per person at OpenGeo's office. For example, "2 days" would be one person for two days or two people for a single day. Onsite trainings take place on the client's premises, with up to 8 participants.

Bug Fixes: Bugs are inappropriate behavior in the software, as determined by OpenGeo.

Clustering Support: Support for installations with multiple servers, fail-over and replication.

Core Project Support: Every OpenGeo Suite support contract includes support for all the core projects of the Suite: GeoServer, OpenLayers, PostGIS, GeoWebCache, GeoExt.

Oracle Support: Support (bug fixes, configuration assistance, etc) for running the OpenGeo Suite on top of an Oracle database.

SQL Server Support: Support (bug fixes, configuration assistance, etc) for running the OpenGeo Suite on top of a Microsoft SQL Server database.

ArcSDE Support: Support (bug fixes, configuration assistance, etc) for running the OpenGeo Suite on top of an ArcSDE database.

Distribution: All Enterprise levels can access WAR versions of The OpenGeo Suite, for production deployments and upgrades. Platform and higher also can get EAR versions tested for their deployment, by request.

Supported Java Web Containers: The OpenGeo Suite is tested and certified to run on different container set ups. Platform level supports a wider variety of containers, and Strategic clients will have a dedicated QA test cycle for their production environment.
