Supported Instances: An instance is defined as a server containing GeoServer running on the JVM and capped at 256GB of RAM. Clustering supports up to 8 clustered servers running on their own JVMs but sharing the same configuration.

Supported CPU Cores: Some limits may apply to the total number of CPU cores: the One-Time, Plus, and Professional levels support up to eight cores across two CPUs, the Platform level and Strategic offerings do not have a limit on the number of supported CPU cores.

Clustering Support: Support for installations with multiple servers, fail-over and replication. Clustering supports up to 8 clustered servers running on their own JVMs but sharing the same configuration.

Authorized Support Contacts: The number of named people who can access OpenGeo support, determined at the mandatory support kick-off meeting required for support.

Contact Hours: Business hours are 9:00-17:00 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. For an additional fee higher levels can obtain support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Bug Fixes: Bugs are inappropriate behavior in the software, as determined by OpenGeo. If a bug in the OpenGeo Suite causes a problem that you report, we will assign a priority level to it which determines how soon we fix the bug. Level A (high-priority): the bug causes the software to completely break. We will start fixing it within 24 hours and will get you a custom fix to the problem ASAP. Level B: the bug degrades the performance of the software but a work-around exists. We will fix the bug in the next scheduled release of the software. Level C: the bug has a minor impact on the software. We may fix the bug in the next release.

Database Support: Support (bug fixes, configuration assistance, etc) for running the OpenGeo Suite on top of PostGIS or enterprise databse including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Esri ArcSDE, and others.
